While every effort is made to portray items accurately, some products may vary in appearance. Colour variations can occur between stocks from different batches and suppliers, also your monitor settings may reproduce colours differently to the actual product colours. For these reasons we cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches to those seen on screen or even seen by sample. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allows. Images of Goods are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual Goods described in the product descriptions are the Goods that you will receive. Product dimensions and sizes quoted are approximate. We take great care to ensure that all details, prices and descriptions are accurate at the time of ordering, however there may be a rare occasions when the information on the website may not be exact. If this is the situation, we will contact you by email to inform you of any changes. Favour Lane reserve the right to correct incorrectly priced items.
Disposable cameras are a fun essential addition to a wedding day, however they are not recommended as the main method of capturing images at your special event. The inexperience of the camera operator can greatly affect the resulting images, as can factors including lighting conditions, weather, distance, etc. Be realistic with your expectations and know in advance that disposable cameras are mostly just for fun. Look forward to sorting through the “oopses” taken by your friends and family, and also discovering possible photo treasures. Favour Lane do not bear responsibility for the quality or quantity of resulting images. Prior to processing your film we recommend you make inquiries with the photo lab to avoid charges for unusable exposures.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; we at Favour Lane guarantee to exchange it or provide a full refund (with the exception of items with have been made to order e.g. printed items, custom sourced orders, custom quantities), providing you contact us within seven working days from the date you take receipt of the goods, by phone, via the ‘Returns’ link in the footer of our website, or email firstname.lastname@example.org Goods must be returned to us within 10 days from contacting us, unopened in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.
Favour Lane are not liable for returned goods damaged or lost in transport. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so it is recommended to take out postal insurance to cover the value of the returns. It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained from the post office. If the goods have arrived either damaged or faulty to the customer’s delivery address, Favour Lane will refund postage, once return timeline terms are met. We guarantee to refund monies paid within 30 days of order cancellation and/or receipt of returns to our office. To return an item to us contact us via the ‘Returns’ link in the footer of our website, or email email@example.com containing information such as your order reference, product number, details of the item(s), reason for return and quantity you wish to return. You will receive an email from Favour Lane, acknowledging your intention to return the item(s) and next steps for returning the item(s).
All items ordered will be delivered to the delivery/shipping address given when the customer placed their order. Favour Lane, are not responsible for costs and time delays incurred as a result of incorrect addresses being provided by the customer at time of ordering. If delivery cannot be made to the delivery/shipping address provided for reasons beyond the control of Favour Lane, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund or re-credit the customer for any delivery costs incurred. No refunds for delivery costs will be given, in circumstances where delivery was included with the order. If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your order Favour Lane shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods less any expenses incurred for failed delivery. Favour Lane will make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer through reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. Should an item become out of stock we will contact you by email to advise you of the estimated adjusted delivery timeline. Should you wish to cancel or change your order you can do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org - and we can revise your order, or issue a full refund.
Use of and the sale and purchase of products from the Favour Lane website are governed by the Terms and Conditions as detailed on this page. Your use of the Favour Lane website confers your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
The contract for the sale of any product between the customer and Favour Lane will exist until Favour Lane accepts the order by dispatching the product to the customer. When this happens an email will be sent, to the email address provided at time of ordering, confirming the acceptance of the contract. The customer must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If the customer’s order has not been accepted, they will receive an email from Favour Lane detailing the reasons why. All goods remain the property of Favour Lane until payment has been received. In the instance where a pricing error has been made by Favour Lane, the customer will be contacted immediately, whereby the customer can pay the difference, cancel the item/s, or cancel their full order should they so wish.
We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express cards. We can also accept gift and prepaid cards that are one of these. All prices are shown are in Euro and include VAT at the rate of 23%. Unfortunately we do not accept Laser cards.
We at Favour Lane are always security conscious and have taken several steps to ensure our customers are always safe and secure. All our payment pages are protected with SSL technology, and for even further protection, we use Stripe to process our card transactions. All Stripe transactions take place on their military grade protected servers. No payment information is seen or stored by the Favour Lane servers. These steps ensure the highest levels of security and reassurance for our customers. Favour Lane cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
